I have pics of a similar pose, will post them up.
I think I have potential for more mass in that condition, I just couldn't bulk this year because of injuries.

Well I sure am not an ecto, I e.g. gain fat very easily.
Every natty looks ecto in that condition.

Looking great wavy. I'm just simply not capable these days of the self-denial to even approach that BF. Kudos.

What was your weight before you got your diet down?

I think it was about 156-158 lbs at the beginning of this year. My body composition was way worse because of 3 months of not training at all. It was a very slow 6 months recompositioning process. I ended up at about 150 one week ago. The last week I lost about 5 lbs of water.

Some one hasn't been paying attention to the Wavelength Diet Principles.

Tomorrow I'm gonna post my complete nutrition of the last week all with pictures.
And some more pics after the carb-up and pumping up.
Where you gonna post them? A separate forum?

Include your general diet for more than the last week, please.

Exactly, wait till I post pics of last week's meals, there was no self-denial at all. :)
I also have a complete food log of the whole 6 months, partly with pics.

Uh, when I say self-denial, I mean Lucullan gluttony.    8)

OK, so first off, some info on my general cutting diet as requested. For the last 6 months, this is what I have been doing:

On weekdays: One big meal at a restaurant (asian, austrian, greek, indian, etc.). I basically ordered whatever I wanted. I only tried to get some veggies, fruit, and salad everyday. In addition, I sipped on a 100g whey protein shake during the day and had a few grams of flax/sesame/fish oil.

On Sunday: pig-out. Whatever and how much I wanted, within the rules of a certain rate of weight loss of course.

Training: 4 times a week, no cardio.

For the final week which I will describe in detail, I basically did the same thing but with sodium restriction. This meant I had to cook all my meals. I loosley followed Layne Norton's final contest prep guide but changed all the non-wavelength compatible things (like horrible food, cardio, etc.).

His complete guide can be found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne36.htm
