That's not the whole story. I made sure to get enough protein (via my shake) and I adjusted total intake if my rate of weight loss was not where is should be. I also tried to get in some veggies, salad, and fruit (in the restaurant meal) everyday if possible (for the micros) and took a few grams of EFA oils. As I said, I can provide a complete food log for 2009 with all meals consumed.
I don't know what's so unbelievable about that, there is no scientific reason why it shouldn't be possible. Many people are following my advises already and make great progress, do you really think I would intentionally fool them into failure?
