Of course that's possible, if you think otherwise, provide evidence.
I love the way you look. Obviously the answer (or you would not have asked) is yes..you can get into that type of shape. I am sure, to some degree that genetics has something to do with it. Are you SURE 100% you are not using my supplements?! On a serious note, the body is what it is...if you are getting results like THAT, wow, dont change a thing. You dont need my advice. Seriously, you look great.
Thanks a lot Chris, the purpose of my question was to find out how an expert would rate the possibility of getting in this kind of shape with the method I used. I obviously don't think I'm lying, but I'm accused of it all the time.
That ok. Who cares what people really think. I never listen to the herd...but I am lways open to advice and opnions from others. I know people in the middel east who eat one meal a day, ripped full etc...AND have the energy to train hard for an hour a day...so there..
yet..I have to diet and do cardio and naturally cannot get as shredded as you ....
BTW, I asked one of the top experts in the field of contest prep what he thought about my method (I asked if he thought it was possible to get into my condition with it):
he was being polite to you did you notice that the very first thing he asks you is : " are you sure you are not using any SUPPLEMENTS "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAceto knows fully well you cannot get that shredded without burners let alone on icecream and porkchops
Don't think Wavelength has even stated somewhere that he wouldn't use any chemicals?
What does "calling me out" mean? I provided all evidence I can provide, I won't go 24h on camera to make my point. Anyone with half a brain knows that most restrictions applied in traditional bodybuilding diets are completely unnecessary. I can guarantee you that you would get in the same condition easily following the same rules.
Sure it's possible. It's not ideal and you seem to be very under-muscled.
Here is Dave Palumbos answer (not very flattering and I don't agree with the "ideal" part, but still):
i can understand seva's disbelief.if it were anyone else on getbig i'd call them out on this, but i think wave is an honourable man and would not lie.wave, to help me get this straight i have a few questions, if i may:1. how many calories a day where you eating - every day for a week if possible?2. what were the macronutrient ratios like?3. what job do you do?4. are you stating you go into that condition without cardio or weights of any kind - i include long walks and bicyle riding as cardio by the way.5. do you drink coffee? soda etcthanks
well science backs that once you reach the correct protein amount daily - it does not matter where the rest of the nutrients come from ( in terms of reducing bodyfat - not necessarily health). However you must have a very small appetite to be at that level of conditioning so often.
How do you have so much time to cook everyday?
1. about 1800 on weekdays and maybe double that on sundays2. 1g protein per lb of LBM. I don't know about fat/carb ratio, I didn't watch it.3. office job.4. I did anaerobic training of course but no cardio. No sports other than the weight training.5. I drink coke zero or diet coke for lunch, that's all. Couldn't care less if it would come without caffeine.
What do you mean with so often? It was once in 2008 and once in 2009 (now).
so you took in around 140g of protein a day is this correct ?
how can you know your calorie level if you did not count carbs/fat levels dailly ?
what did your workouts look like if you had those injuries ? sets/reps/exercises?
1800 calories is crazy low
what did you look like when you wern't in that condition ?its difficult to believe you put on any real size if you are able to get into that level of conditioning so easily.
