OverHyped: Calves. Fat guys & gals usually have good calves with low attachments. So do dwarfs and short asians. Still a cool muscle to have but more about its "development" than shape. In fact shorter calves = do not look impressive until a B-Ball is dunked.

Most Important: Delts. Can't have delts without good genetics. The Epitom of a strong physique. No one question the stenght of a solid male with big delts. End of the story.

Deltoids/El Sonbaty23.

nasser's shoulders are at least 1.5 times bigger than dorian's!!.. same can be said about kevin levrone.. both nasser and levrone were making dorian worry when hitting his MM poses!..

only for 14-15 years old kids chest and biceps are the most important.. other than that I see the whole thread is stupid.. what is the meaning of "the most important part"??.. all parts are of course equally important.. how to compare the importance of the back to the importance of the chest for example?!.. this doesn’t make any sense!!.. not strange this thread has been created by fat alex ::)

Early, are you saying it's inapropriate to pull up ones pants to show their "calves"  and/or lift their shirt to simulate a face whiping to show their "abs" (oh brother) ???

maybe it's inapproriate but that's the only way people know you have those body parts

shouders are always there for people to see no matter what :)

delts and traps are the first thing to grow when someone is juicing so take enough juice and you will get big delts and traps, other parts may look small but delts are easy to grow with chemical assistance

its always funny when you see the skinny gym at teh gym take his first cycle and within a short period of time he's got new traps, delts and a good dboll bloat going on :D

what if your delts and traps are strong bodyparts without the juice?

with juice do they grow completely out of proportion compared to the rest of your body?

Nordic is right; Delt and traps for most people seems to have the most androgen receptors..

think about nature and it makes.. :)

Poor family. John has made sure that bread nor toast has not crossed their lips in years. Sad situation.  Is there a hotline so I can donate some money?   :D
