OverHyped: Calves. Fat guys & gals usually have good calves with low attachments. So do dwarfs and short asians. Still a cool muscle to have but more about its "development" than shape. In fact shorter calves = do not look impressive until a B-Ball is dunked.

Most Important: Delts. Can't have delts without good genetics. The Epitom of a strong physique. No one question the stenght of a solid male with big delts. End of the story.

Chest or arms are the most important. Arnold had relatively poor shoulders and legs compared to his chest and arms.

I don't even train calves anymore.. i trained them for 1.5 years doing seated and standing calf raises for total of 8 sets. and after all that hardwork each week i barely could see a diffrence.

Calves = ALLLL genetics.

I saw a 50 year old asian guy walking around the gym with better calves than me and other than that he looked like shit.

Chest or arms are the most important. Arnold had relatively poor shoulders and legs compared to his chest and arms.

...he had bottleneck like shoulders too and relatively narrow once his back faded.

 point is: delts = key to giving a physique a powerful male display.

Lateral raises and upright rows. That's it.

Early, are you saying it's inapropriate to pull up ones pants to show their "calves"  and/or lift their shirt to simulate a face whiping to show their "abs" (oh brother) ???

Imo the key muscle to look powerfull while wearing clothes is your Neck, and i don't mean traps, i mean sternocleidomastoid and splenius.

X2. A set of solid sweet traps is also hard to miss.

Another one is `giving the finger` ::)

and btw, you should do upright rows against a wall  ,  , i can see your doing it  in a way thats targeting your traps to much

My delts and traps are way better than my calves too, but also much more fun and easier to train cos you can throw around big weights. This just means that delt = more fun, though, not super elite genetics or anything. Most regular gym rats are all chest and arms for the same reason, usually with some delts. Bothering to train calves is the test of someone who really wants to develop their body. If people trained them with the same enthusiasm as chest and shoulders they would no doubt actually have calve development, even with shitty genes.

X3. Fully clothed even the skinniest guy with natural shoulder width can appear to have good delts. Neck/traps there's no mistaking. As long as they're not accompanied by more than 1 chin!

Back is biggest muscle group, so I can't really agree, kids start training chest and arms, then realise the whoile body is important, do you not think so?
