Hey straw before u quote that NYT poll u should know that a majority of those polled were Obama voters...not just dems, Obama voters. The poll was flawed to back up the ABC infomercial the next week. The facts are that many people do want a reformed helathcare system, they just don't want to either pay for it or have taxes raised to pay for it. Which brings us back to square one.

Despite all the "practice" she has had since her horrendous campaign performances - on a daily basis- this last little speech about the point guard with the basketball analogy was completely bumfucked from the very first word.  She can't stumble her way through an average speech even by accident.

ok - well I didn't actually reference a poll but it seems we're both in agreement that the majority in this country know that something needs to be done to bring down the cost of healthcare and increase coverage to those who can't afford it (which includes many working class and middle class people).  If no one  wants to pay for it then we do it by cutting cost of getting the $$'s by cutting something else.  Either way, it's not a liberal wet dream to want to fix a problem that most agree exists
