Yeah my structure ain't bad

Yes structure goes a long way, especially at the competitive level and this is where you beat Layne.  Yes, you are also bigger than him, but Layne can always put on more size.  Structure is something you can't train for in the gym unfortunately.

Now with that said, do you deadlift more than Layne?  I assume he is close to 675 now.  I still think this is strong by any standard.

That is very strong.  I can't do that.

Just thought I'd ask.  It's getting to the point where he is even out-lifting pros and winning powerlifting contests.  He has me beat by 150-200 pounds on the deadlift.

Layne = very strong, very smart and very helpful.

Even though poopheads like Dr.Sperms don't like his lifting style (you old obnoxious english snob muppet >:( ), he = a great guy!

I just think the whole Combat-Rolling around the gym before you hit a big lift is silly.

Whatever floats your boat ( but I'll still laugh at him)

BalleGroina: One could also think that he knows it works for him, and he knows people will look weird at him for it, yet not be hurt by it. So in reality, he = courageous for following his own path.  8)

DeBozo has heard that the real nuts ones don't realize they're nuts. DeNuts = in a mental asylum, so the circumstances suggests that DeNutbag = nuts. So it kinda makes sense that DeBong would try to explain behavior traits in others similar to its own deviant behaviors as "normal".

Yes, I also don't see why he uses the gym bravado so much either.  Personally I don't care to train like that but to each his own.

not that he doesn't work hard, as seen from his videos, the guys dedication is epic.

I dont know about offseason, call it "retard strength"  but contest time im 100% sure he juices to some degree.

you are 100% certain that he juices?... ::)

how can you be 99% certain?, or, say, 23.47% certain?

doesnt certain mean, well, certain?

and, well for me, you saying that he juices is good enough for me...i now dont believe anything he says about being natural..ill never look at him the same way again.

i cant believe he lied to us for all this time....

You have too much faith in bodybuilders. Even the squeeky clean natural ones, true naturals, lie. It's in our nature.

Furthermore, anyone juicing and lying about it isn't going to come out of the woodwork and admit their lies. Especially a lying bodybuilder. Tom Prince still maintains that it was the Advil that fucked up his kidneys for instance. :P

I am certain Greg Kovacs juices.  (certainty implies a fixed or settled amount, which would only encompass two probabilities, 0 and 1.  So you don't need to bother with stating 100%.

As far as being 75% certain, should i even bother.

You are UNCERTAIN of the weather tomorrow if your prediction is 75%.

Any truth to the rumor that his feet have grown 3 sizes over the past 3 years?

His lifting style is fine.  It's the excess before the work that is a bit silly.

Good lifting Layne!

Chris, are you still using the whey protein with the 'slightly' higher microbiological count thus allowing you to be seen as charging less for a high quality product despite it giving punters the shits now and again?

Or are you now going with a powder with a count of <10,000

Either way, you despicable bastard!

LOL, you and Dante need a fuckin good hiding!

Chris Mason is one of the very few in this thread who is stronger than Layne.
