trying it out for a 8 weeks
Monday -legs (squats + other shit)
Tuesday- chest triceps
Wednesday- legs (leg press, hack squats + other shit)
Thursday-back biceps
Friday- legs (front squats + other shit)
satuday- shoulders and light arms
my legs are the best developed body part btw just wanted to try something different and new
and make them really stand out as to people look at me in awe
