My new routine - trying it out for 8 weeks

trying it out for a 8 weeks

Monday -legs (squats + other shit)
Tuesday- chest triceps
Wednesday- legs (leg press, hack squats + other shit)
Thursday-back  biceps
Friday- legs (front squats + other shit)
satuday- shoulders and light arms

my legs are the best developed body part btw just wanted to try something different and new
and make them really stand out as to people look at me in awe  ;D

well i dont really over train since i dont do more than 9 work sets  per body part with going to failure on about 2-3 sets per body part

i do add weight or do more reps every week though to progress...

so today i hit 405 on squats for 8 reps ATG... next week itll be either 405 x 10 or 425 x 6

strength is easy to attain,,all neural firing building actual muscle is different sure if your a stinking mr,,do it all or try to do it fake powrfliter this routine looks cool on paper,,but its a waste I can get a young fella in the gym and say he bench 315 for 2 today next week he will do 315 for 6 all neural and how fast he reps the weight itself,,,again ALL OVERTRAIN UNLESS ON HORMONES
