we've all felt our knee pop out of joint a "little".

You recover quickly at the moment, and 30 minutes later it hurts bad. The next day is anyone's guess.

Phil heath looks unbeatable 72 days out. If it's an injured knee, it could set him back a little bit. he probably has the best chance out of all these guys of coming back fast, as he's young and doens't have as many years of wear on the knee.

with all the drugs he is on, you can bet your life his legs won't shrink in 2 months.

if anything, his cuts might even look deeper

Personally, my guess is that it just tweaked. I don't know what a "knee cramp" is.

And yeah, he'll be fine for the O. Might be a little down in the legs, but if his conditioning is there and other are off, he can be top 3.

Could be a partial tear for al we know.. probably sufficiently far away from competition so he has time to recover from it. It'd be interesting to see what he looks like this year... hopefuly with legs
