how about this: every meal, every snack, needs to be 3:2:1. 3 grams of carbs, 2 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat.
but I'd aim for about 2000 cals a day, which works out to about 210 g carbs, 140 grams protein, and 70 grams of fat a day. and you have to include drinks in those calculations.
