that would be a valid point if Arnold didn't touch another weight after he turned 16 - just sat around and did steroids.

Wrong......
Steroids the 2 % final touch? dont be naive

This is Arnold nov 1975 age 28 best bb of the world......

by february (1976)more than 20 % of what you see there was gone ! in less than three months !!! remember he was only 28 eating and trainning and doing seminars after the show yet he didnt have chest, triceps legs i will find pics of Arnold still age 28-29 and looking like nothing he did in Nov 1975.

I remember that book because Arnold was not gonna be co-operating in the writing of it and he was none to subtle about letting people around Hollywood know that if they did help her he would would be most displeased (Read: cut off your nuts). He pulled a lot of water even back then, and most people clammed up.

he even traveled to canada to lunch with MB writer jack Neary, hoping his comments would be 'positive'

I think that Arnold might have had the best receptors - genetics-  testosterone reponder of all time...

Truth. His genetics were SUPERIOR! Would've been interesting to see how Meinhard would've transformed had he had the passion Arnold did for bodybuilding. In fact, it was Kurt Marnul who thought Meinhard had the better physique than Arnold at the time when they first started.  :o

I disagree strongly.

I believe aas is the 1.75 - 2.5 % finishing touch at the most.

Its all genes.

All genes or all drugs?

Look what happens when he lowered the dosage...

ID say more than 1.75 %............
