'Last week, 11 weeks out, I started to notice I was having a much harder time getting through my workouts. I think right about under 3,000 calories is where this happens for me. So, since I'm in great shape for being this far out, I've added about 3oo calories back into my diet.'

Yeah pretty much that and very low bodyfat plus the water layer under the skin. If that guy doesn't look like he's on lots of drugs then no one does.

He has a little gyno too.

There are people out there who don't think it's possible to ever look remotely muscular without drugs. They have very low expectations.

I guess nobody thinks Kai was clean when he won the Team U in 2004 either, right? He was competing at 5-8, 220 back then. Now he's about 260. It would be pretty difficult for Kai to have been able to put on that much mass since he turned pro if he had already been using stuff for years before that.

But again, I hate dragging this endless debate on any further. Unfortunately, it will never end. Jose does not toot his own horn about being natural at all and never has. Go ahead and call me a fool or a girl or whatever you want for beleiving that he is based on the very slow but steady progress I have seen him make in the over FIFTEEN YEARS I have been following his career.

Jeff has a very "clean" look. It's not bloated muscle like on Jose. Jose is extremely lean too but the skin doesn't "sit" the same way. I'm sure Jeff has done drugs but it's not much, at least in these pics he doesn't look like he's on much. They all use whatever they can get a way with, as long as it's deemed natural or if they can without getting caught. Layne says he has a script for amphetamine salts but he can't take ephedrine. That would be cheating.
