He also claims he uses ZERO fats in his diet... guess what happens when a true natural does that.

true low fat diet results in lower test than a higher fat diet
but a few mgs of test hardly makes any difference...and thats what we are takkng about
test is good because its anabolic and anti catabolic... and can suppress cortisol....and lots of other things
but insulin does those things too... and insulin is also tied into t3 and igf1 and other things...
so a natural can get a good natural physique with zero fat
however the question is, is this a good natural physique? its certainly a good physique, no doubt about that...where the doubt lies is in natural status.
hes certainly small enough to be natty but his lines and coniditoning and hardness make me think not
but i like to give benefit of the doubt
