Bodybuilding:

- Half naked men posing on a stage with fake smiles and gay tan, wiggling their bodies in the most gay manner

- Sport is surrounded by a fan base consisting mainly of schmoes

- G4P

Brazilian Ju Jitsu (BJJ):

- Men enjoying physical contact with other men

- Sexual positions given new name in an attempt to mask the gayness: 69 position in BJJ called "nort-south position", the misionary position is in BJJ called "the guard" and doggie style is referred to as "back mount".

My verdict:

On the gayness scale: Bodybuilding 9.2 - BJJ 8.1

Bodybuilding is gayer in my opinion.

High level submission wrestling matches are fun to watch if you understand how to wrestle. To the layman it looks like a couple guys rolling around on the ground, but to people knowledgable in submission wrestling it is very scientific.

The difference is,on their stage,the MMA ring those guys are tough maybe,outside the ring they are soft as fuck
On a bodybuilding stage the bodybuilder might come off as bent but I know many tough fuckin bodybuilders

Agreed, fighters don't walk around acting like tough guys at the super market. Bodybuilders however must alway walk around mean muggin' with invisible lat syndrom. Bodybuilders don't need the ability to destroy another man with his bare hands when he can look mean.
