What's the longest you guys have used t3 and clen? And how long could you use it for

you can stay on t3 for as long as youd like.

 clen you need to take frequent breaks, or frequently escalate your doseage.

I'm not a huge believer that I'll mess with your thyroid too much, so you think being on it 6 months won't hurt too much, what do you recommend?

I used to take clen for about 30 days at a time (i.e. on one month & off the next). Never cared for T3 - even at a low dose gave me headaches.

t3- 40-60mcg a day maxx 8 weeks
clenbuterol 80-120mcg a day 8 weeks...
add 50mg winstrol tabs a day....

hight dosages of t3 can kill your muscles

Thanks guys! Been taking 50mcg t3 and round 150-200 clen and it's been working amazing and all research chems too Smiley
its better to go higher with the t3 and lower with the clen...  then gradually ramp up the clen as the lower doses become ineffective

That's a good point! To tell when the clen isn't working thAT well, do you just tell by body reaction? What's your sign that it isn't working?

well if you get side effects from clen like dizzyness, cramps, light headedness, etc... whenever those side effects start to fade away, then its time to ramp the dose.

if you dont get any side effects, then youll have to either pay very close atttention to your rate of fat loss and use that as the determining factor, or youll just bump the dose every week or so to be sure.

I know guys who have been running 25-50mcg of T3 for years.

100mcg is where the fat starts to melt off if it's legit human grade. Most guys can get away with 50mcg of real T3.

Clen always gave me headaches and jitters so i never used it more than the two times i tried it for a few weeks.

i wouldnt say one is better than the other. they are just different means to the same end.

i have just startted my 2nd week of T3 and it is at 50mcg but i have noticted a major difference in hunger and energy........ i beleive my thyroid production is naturally low what do you think about me going 75-100 mcg? i know you have read a shitload on it

that has been my experience.  I've been off of T3 for about 8 weeks now and will get my blood work soon.  I took it for almost a year at 50 - 150 mcg per day.  I've put on a little bit of fat since I came off, but the GH helps to prevent that.  If my diet was 100% I wouldn't have put on any fat.

that has been my experience.  I've been off of T3 for about 8 weeks now and will get my blood work soon.  I took it for almost a year at 50 - 150 mcg per day.  I've put on a little bit of fat since I came off, but the GH helps to prevent that.  If my diet was 100% I wouldn't have put on any fat.

Fat gain is the main issue when coming off T3, even if your diet is strict i would count on gaining a small amount of fat back when you come off.

Also many lifters use T3 as an excuse to eat junk and stay lean and these guys will be in for a rude awakening once they come off the T3. I know you are one of the real lifters who eats right so your fat gain should be minimal.

i read that you can just take an upregulator like ketotifen to stay on lower doses of clen for longer periods of time.  Some pros do this so they don't have to cycle on and off clen.
