Isn't that what steroids are for?

And besides, training takes like, at most, 90mins 3-5 times a week. Still easy to combine both.....

Some people waste time watching TV or sitting in a bar or playing video games, others waste it posting on the internet.  Everyone needs some "mindless time" each day, and getbig is no worse than anything else.

I'm still amazed at how this site has evolved.  It was a normal website until 2000 when Ron put that forum in although the Chat Room was pretty wacky too
