There is no secret there.Just a regular squat.I am not doing the ass to the floor style anymore.But still deep and my body position is quite vertical.If i say there is a secret for my quads growth, maybe that is the secret(Keeping my body position vertical as possible).
Was your partner, viktor going to do the weight loaded on the smith machine in the background? good vid, I think your depth is fine and you do keep yourself vertical instead of the guys who hunch over and throw their ass straight back....
awesome looks like you have a good social life inside the gym aswell as the training. In the gym i went to, hardly anyone talked to eachother.

I used to do it like him.But, Paco convinced me to quit this way.Anyway, my quads are growing and the jobs are done.And I am a weak pussy. So please dont compare with this kind of superman.

Knee wraps will force you somewhat to the more vertical upper body position, and they make the squat easier of course.The only thing I noticed is that your back arch is sacrificed a bit in the upward motion on the later reps.

kyomu--I'm a tall guy at 6'4.When I squat, whether it be light or heavy, my torso leans forward A LOT. It seems like I cannot help this. It feels fine, but looks bad. I'm jealous of the vertical stance you are able to take when doing squats.
