Cool video, Kyomu. It's obvious looking at your leg development that you put in lots of hard work... 20 rep squats are brutal.

I don't think going to failure is necessary but you do. But this was about 10 reps from failure. That's why you're able to do lots of volume. Going to failure means actually failing at some point - at least to me.

Yes. Around 10 reps. And you must keep on going as if someone shoot your head if you dont go 20 reps.

Paco is just a small gym owner.
If you are a member of his gym, you can be a friend of him easily.
If you train very hard, he will come to you and say "Why dont you join our workout?".
He dont act like a special VIP of bbing. Thats why he is great.

Thanx. High reps squat is defenitely harder than low reps extremely heavy squat.

looks like you have a good social life inside the gym aswell as the training. In the gym i went to before started training at home, hardly anyone talked to eachother.

Great job man!  Who cares what any of these computer critics think anyway.  I don't think one of them has better quad development than you do.  How can they critique your style when you look better then they do.  Also, kg is not important, it is bodybuilding, not powerlifting.  ;D

But, even the range of motion is the same,feeling is really different.
One comes into play the glutes more and another comes into play more quads.
Just like leg press and Hack squat.
