what about front squats? they worked really well for me in the past. Try supersetting front squats with a light weight and walking lunges

Squats/Squats and more SQUATS! (lol been trying to bring them up) rock bottom/ass to floor! then usually hack squats/leg press/leg extensions train hamstrings on their own (devote a day just to hammies trying to bring them up as well)
