they have actually "come up"  ...if u think they are bad now/suck.....u shoulda seen em before!


another year or so killing them i think they will come up nicely!  (im hoping anyways lol)

what about front squats?  they worked really well for me in the past.  Try supersetting front squats with a light weight and walking lunges

                no/havent really given them much of a chance  (maybe ill switch it up/back squats/then next time front squats with walking lunges)

the same thing doesn't work for everybody, but it really made a difference for me.   How many competitors do you guys usually get at your shows in FL?

a lot  lol!  (Florida NPC is one of the toughest states for bodybuilding)

Try some giant sets for your legs, 5-6 exercises....you'll be surprised. ;)

Mike keep doing exactly what you are doing for legs. they have responded like crazy to what ever you changed from your last show.  kinda odd that no one suggested anything for your legs when they were worse. now that they have improved fast everyone wants you to try something different.

and i'm having a hard time not being inspired by you and Laura. if i'm not careful you guys might motivate me into training again!!
