 What's with the Jekyl & Hyde Nutrition poster? I thought that company was fly by night. Gregg V has the whole stock in his basement just sitting there expiring.



 You and Laura are my Getbig colleagues and I know I never give you many props, Arvilla but Laura looks set to win the Overall with abs like that and you look your best from which I have seen you so far.

  Hey Block!!!....(the poster is hanging in our office at the Gym/we both consider Greg Valentino a friend..he has helped us out on many occasions) mannnnn i would be sooo stoked if Laura won!!!!!! (she is so humble and modest/the complete opposite of me! lol) after all she went thru this past year or so.....to come back in that kinna shape  WOW!!!! (i have no words) again thanks Block!   :)

 without Larry i prolly would be a permanent "Perma-Bulker"/"Bouncer"  type physique   oh yea.....he never charged me (a stranger known only from "Getbig"  one penny!)  great great guy!!

  honestly.....when i lean forward i have a little bit of "the old man skin"......i was just up over 270 lbs a few months ago (and im sure that doesn't help lol!)

Laura, don't know how old u are but u look incredible for whatever age.  Mike, looking good too. Real cool that u guys have each other to compete together, must help alot. Most of these clowns around here couldn't imagine a relationship like u seem to have.  Just curious, you have great color. Is it from the Florida sun or do you guys use booths. Not that I can imagine someone in Florida having to use a booth.

   not having to justify the time i spend in the gym or....money i spend on food/supplements etc etc
   striving to achieve and having a goal is an awesome thing (i love the whole "pre-contest" thing and i feel lost when the show is over! ..........i start thinking bout the next show lol!)    we go to the beach/pool and use tanning beds ....  :)
