I live in Canada and due to our low black population we have virtually no gun crime and where blacks are in higher numbers in Canada such as the Haitians in Montreal and Somalians in southern Ontario, the violent crime is identical to what it is in the USA, despite no "history of slavery" in Canada to use as an excuse.

I will go on record and state that if the black population in Thunder Bay hit 30% or higher I would leave.
