Thanks Red.  Mike right now is doing it once daily and he varies it between the treadmill, stairmaster and elliptical.  And yes  ::)  his whole day revolves around his eating as he's eating every two hours.  But he packs up all his meals when he goes to work.  Luckily he can eat while working.  :)
