carbs: Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, Rice Pasta, Green Peppers, Onions, Apple Sauce




Cheat meal 18-24 hot chicken wings with pitcher of diet sprite....or huge plate of mac & cheese

Good mostacholli and meatballs with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread

A NY strip steak with a big baked potato plenty of salt and butter.

A big ass  Greek dinner omelet with hash browns, sausage links and English muffin with some good coffee.

A nice juicy cheese burger

A good pizza is hard to beat.

Shit I didnt stay in any order :D

Carb: Rice, Bread ( Calzone, Pizza)
Protein: Steak, Fish ( and chicken too but i eat so much its not a fave )
Dessert: Anything Choclate..HoHos, Choclate Cake etc
Food:Sushi, Rice Pilaf and T-Bone, Rice and Salmon, Calzone ( sorry, there is no absolute single favorite food)
