dex is a joke.  jay is the most marketable guy, and there is no way he falls that far. phil needs another yr.  kai or vic will push him this yr or one may be better than him ala toney freeman last yr.  they'll give it to a vet.  jay come in anything near 01 and it's his or we have to put up with another yr of dex.  u wouldnt even know this guy is mro if you didnt read this board.

That's a big "if". Melvin won't come in like Dex, Kai, Phil, Toney... he'll come in soft in the glutes and hams as usual.

whether dissing him before during and after last years O, still talking down and bad to jay in current mags and so on.

regardless if your love dexter or jay or prefer one body type over the other or whatever, everyone knows that jay won the final night show, and that jay at his best, like ronnie at his best back in the day is BETTER THAN DEX!

not sure what this smack with dex on jay is all about. um, last time i checked dexter has now beaten jay 2 times over the years? how many times has jay beaten dexter? at least 10 i think!

Melvin's high plains and simple he knows he's not a top 3 contender

Dex might win again he's usually very consistent with his conditioning , Jay I don't think is a threat to win unless he shows something drastic which is unlikely

Dex , Heath and Vic all could win , Wolf improved can place right up there with them all
