I post back awhile ago about my injured knee.  My sports doc told me after reviewing my recent MRI scans that I appear to have developed intense patella tendonitis.  He told me about this investigational recovery treatment in which my own blood in is filtered and platelated are injected into my injured tendon.  I have never heard of this but I would like to know if anyone has had success with this treatment option?  Currently I had a goal of competting in November in a local contest and until I get my knee in shape this may not happen.  Any help would be appreciated.
