Stavios, when you were young and naive, you believed the BS about pros eating just rice and chicken, or oatmeal and egg whites, eating 6 meals a day, training like the mags say, etc...
Somewhere along the line, you were bound to discover that a lot of that BS was just lies designed by the Weirder business empire, the bbing mags, and the supp companies to fool people.
You know the pros love the drugs (hormones and recreational), and you know a bit more or less rice or chicken isn't what makes the difference.
So shoot up a nice cocktail of test and nubain, take some diuretics and pee a bucket's worth, rub some crisco on urself, put on your shiniest, skimpiest thong, and go forth on the streets and find a homeless man to have a pose-down with.
