3-4 months ago I started not "giving a shit" about the bodybuilding lifestyle.I drink 1-2 times a week.I don't give a shit if I miss a meal here and there.I only train for strenght, and I think it's much more fun and challengingand guess what happened to my physique.....FUCK ALLI make the same "gains" I would have if I checked all my things religiously like I did before.so fuck bodybuilding I feel like I missed a few good years of partying a bit with the friends
