just my opinion but going from an extreme to another (from bodybuilding to powerlifting) isnt still quite the most balanced thing to do... and wont solve the deeper issues behind the whole thing. you re fooling yourself again here, you re still perpetuating the same mistake, it's just the other face of the same coin.
The real good thing to do is to throw that coin (building muscles) awayOR give it less importance in your life (balance its weight in your life) , meaning youll have to find a more fulfilling /important coin as a healthy substitution, even if this coin might not be as shiny looking.
Dont forget brains have to be trained and can get more muscular, too.
You re too smart to exist just being defined by the way your muscles look or how you work em, and wether you act as a bodybuilder, a fitness fag or a powerlifter, you re doing it wrong; maybe you should try to focus on soemthing else instead.
Modify your whole view about it, just dont switch from one part to another of the same problem over and over.
