2: There ain't no "big white conspiracy" among whites against blacks as many blacks likes to believe. The whole "whitey is keepin' me down" is a an overplayed stupidity, because even though racism can be real in certain circumstances, this way of thinking it helps remove personal accountability + its flat out wrong. Bill Gates did nothing to Jamal who dropped out of high school at 16 to become a "rapper".
"White people" have more power mainly because they produce more in the economy, which stems from better education and more focus on career and more. Many groups have faced adversity like african americans, yet they have shown great social upward mobility because they tend to work harder.
If blacks wants more power, they have to earn it like everybod else by doing what it takes to get there (meaning: get good grades and yadayadayada=.Power is earned through work, and adversity means you have to try harder. Unfortunately it seems like many blacks are convinced that they are being "kept down" instead of realizing the obvious truth: THey are the ones keepng themselves down.
In a world economy where intellectual horsepower becomes more and more important in face of the technological progress, blacks should spend less time whining about all the injustice and more time working their asses off to avoid getting left behind.. In 20 years, the supply of jobs for unskilled and uneducated labour will dimminish greatly, and then we'll talk about "whiteys and the orientals" world
