That's weird...why remove the fats just to add them in again? most trace fats are unsaturated anyway.
Is there a preferance between mono or polyunsaturated fat? if so, which is better?
mono and poly. yes there is a difference. and within the subcategories there are other differences.
monounsaturated tend to be very good for metabolism, but they are not fat loss aids, they are just good types of fat to use if your lookign for a source of energy from fats. i wouldnt ever add in mono's unless i was doing so in the place of adding in carbs 9which i would never doanyway, not untill in like 50.y.o lol)
polyunsaturateds fats are abundant in most bodybuilding diets... except for the polyunsaturated fats that are good. the only polys id add are the essential fats, and just add enough of them.
basically what your doing is eliminating every single bit of fat that you can eliminate, but making sure hat you still have your essential fats... ala(epa dha), gla, but o9 isnt as important and you shouldnt worry bout it
