If Vic was taking orders and hamming it up with customers, giving out training advice, etc... i think it might be a unique niche. 

If it's just a couple of 20-something grunts taking orders and slopping together food, nothing special.

if you can walk in and chat with a Mr O runner-up and Arnold Classic champ while ordering... that could be very profitable.   "What do you recommend I eat, Vic..."  Then, Vic could recommend whatever high profit-margin meal he swears by.

mmg has 18 units open with 2 on the way...must have some customer base and profitability. as noted...i could see them carrying Vic...as a minority owner.  CEO looks like a bbing schmoe...based on descriptions listed on this site...or Vic just has a shawn ray food or phil heath chicken deal...as blockhead said?

If Vic is extremely involved in the day to day business, the restaurant might do well.  However, if he stays in the background and doesn't show his face often, I doubt it will be very successful.
