You're right. He won't posts any pictures of himself. It's not that he's afraid of how great I'll look. I'm in decent shape but I don't have an "owning" type physique. At least not compared to you if you're the guy I'm thinking of. And I'm not too eager to be posting pics of myself on an internet board because you never know how it will come back to haunt you. But Pandae's afraid of how he will look to others. This is a bodybuilding board and it's going to take more than being 280 lbs to impress people here.

This won't drag on because once he backs down, as all bullies do when challenged, then it will be over for me. I can ignore him with a clear conscious and forget about it because no matter what others will say in public, in private they will know that I've exposed him for the cowardly blow hard that he is.

Why Monday?

As I stated before. He made this challenge recently. So I don't want to see pictures of him taken months or years ago. I don't want any of this training for a photo shoot session in which you are ten weeks out, four weeks out, blah, blah, blah. He wants pics. Then post pics of yourself in your ordinary day to day shape. The kind of walk around condition you are able to maintain. It not a major project to just snap a few pics. I'll do it tomorrow morning if I want. No need to drag it out. It's Thursday and he has the entire weekend to do it. He's on the board for hours at a time so I'm sure he can squeeze in a few minutes to snap a few pics. I'll do it. No need to drag this out and make it a major project.
