thats the pic of Bruce i was looking for, its from Way of The Dragon and he was freakishly muscular for a man of his weight. He sparsely used weights, but he did use them. His forearms were as hard as dried cement!

yes I do.
got a document of his training style.
Bruce at a time actually experimented with the basics of bodybuilding and getting big. He got big pretty fast from heavy curls, squats, presses etc. But he learned that being big wasnt gonna make him a better fighter, it didnt work for him. So afterwards he dropped his bodyweight again.

He made his own training style with weights. He did a lot of barble curls and wrist curls (his wife said he was doing them all the time). At the gym he would shadow box with weights in hands and do a lot of squats. Bruce was an EXTREMELY strong man, so he did MANY reps, but at the same time the weights were very heavy.
He also would do an exercise for his shoulders, much like the forward raise with a barble. He would raise it in front of him with his arms totally static, hold it for a while and then lowered the weight again. He would do many reps this way with a very heavy weight. He was the only guy among his friends who trained with him that could do this.
I could talk a lot more about his training but I am sure there is a lot on the internet about it.

I read that Lee put a lot of emphasis on forearm strength and he trained them every day.

bruce lee had a mind-body link beyond anyone. he had more control over his muscles than any bber. he knew how to get the maximum potential out of his body. he could do shit that most 250lb bbers couldnt do. he only weighed 135 pounds but he could hit harder than anyone

I don't see it. A lot of dinks are ripped to shreds. What's so much more impressive about Bruce Lee?

I was watching the movie "Dragon" on tv the other night (this is the unofficial movie biography of Bruce Lee)
Anyway, in one scene he has electrodes hooked up to various muscles, including chest, arms, etc.....supposedly he used this technique (apparently the electric shock quickly contracts each muscle, much like weight lifting?) to build up his strength/speed/stamina...
Now, I've been bbing for quite a while and I have never used anything like this nor have I ever known anyone who has....but I think I have seen advertisements for these things in certain fitness/weightlifting magazines, usually intended for some "quick fix" ab workout (and I think I have read where some pros have tried these on abs, probably bs  )

Perfect Practic

That's coordination and learning to use your momentum. Bruce wasn't strong, he was fast. Punch for punch Bolo would break you in half a lot more easily. Bruce was a legend, to deny that would be pretty stupid, but I really don't think he was so vastly superior to everyone else in the world. My money's been on Jet Li as #1 for years now.

Physique-wise, Bruce wasn't anything special. Shredded, sure, but no amount of leanness can make 135 pounds more than mildly impressive in my mind.
