This is Branch training strictly, light and with peak contraction.
Hate to think what it looked like in the past!
In one article I read in MD-last magazine I ever bought- he talked about how he'd just torn his bicep and that he had completely revamped his training style. He spoke about telling his partner (Johnnie Jackson at the time) how he should do the same because "you'll regret it when you do the same." Branch said he slowed down his tempo and how he wouldn't bounce the weight anymore....

In the video, I can't believe how much he's throwing the weight around. The set of 315/20, while ridiculous when you see it, is a complete facade. Bouncing reps, no tension on the muscle, his back is arched so much it's more of an incline press, when the bar bounces off his upper pecs, I can't believe how much his body moves and I'm surprised that he hasn't had some sort of implosion by now. Whatever works for him, right?
Oh, and just after the aforementioned article, he tore another muscle! So, is this the third time he's changed his training style? If so, even if it's the second time, his form still sucks like Vince Goodrum being drunk after a night with Queen Vissy.
