Where to buy jeans?

Where can I find jeans that fit?

I spent two hours in the mall today and I couldn't find a single pair of jeans that I could I pull up past my thighs. 

I have size 32 waist but 27" legs (which isn't even big), but loose fit jeans won't even fit.

Where do big people buy jeans?  I just want something that I can put on.

I've been wearing shorts for awhile now:  I am desperate.

I have a hard time finding jeans that fit my thighs. Sometimes Abercrombie & Fitch jeans fit decently
