....shadow grappling, grunting, headphones, ipods, bandanas, spaghetti-strap manicured low neck line "T-shirts", sunglasses while benching, guys practicing grappling moves with the cable ab machine, twinks curling in the squat rack, flip/flops while squatting, a woman with fake titz so big it was a disgusting turn off, a fat douchebag eating rice in between sets of bench pressing(I shit you not!), 140 lb twinks with skin tight Under Armor Tshirt on, 240 lb fatass permabulkers with skin tight Under Armr tshirts.

................these were just a few observations in teh gym today.....one full hour! $:-\$
