No...........for your Routine yes (60 seconds or a min and a half most shows),i tend to "Rush" my poses due to nervousness
everyone always tells me to slow down and smile/make it look relaxed/easy!

(i usually look like im taking a shit!)

You don't really expect most middle aged guys to make any substantial gains on their own, do you?
Few and far between. Today, it's about test shots/gh. The instant pick me up, for people who can't attain much on their own. I think it's cute. Almost like children, who dress up in underoos...it allows them to feel like a superhero for a bit. Not everyone has what it takes to make big gains on their own.
Also, it's a personal choice...because most choices aren't.

You look ok for a Novice.Once you have spent more time training you might fill out more.We all know that even the best in the sport need to have trained longer than 6 mths.Keep going and with a few more years under your belt you might even place in a novice show.Question do they have a squat rack in your gym??.
