thinking about doing a cycle again . . .
« on: September 10, 2009, 02:57:22 PM »
In my younger more wild and reckless years, I dabbled with creatine from time to time.  But I just got married a few months ago and starting a family is probably in the cards, and so do you think it's wise for a guy like me to still be running creatine?  Generally speaking, what percent improvement do you think creatine adds to a natural physique?  Have any studies shown that supplementing with creatine could be detrimental health-wise?  I'm basically of the view that all legal bodybuilding supplements are a waste of money (except for protein powder) but i'm on the fence about creatine.

Dude. You must be crazy... creatine is some serious stuff. I wouldn't touch that shit with your dick (no homo). I heard a few guys in the Olympia line-up this year are experimenting with it. Just be careful, you don't want to get TOO big and start going crazy like Lattimer in The Program.

Creatine is no joke bro...I personally witness a guy at my gym's kidney's catch on fire while he was in the middle of a set of really heavy medicine ball dumbbell bench presses...It was the most fucked up thing I've ever seen for sure...

After the fire department put the fire out and swept up the ashes, the gym closed down for almost 45 minutes to clean up...To this day I will never forget what I seen and I for sure will never recover from the 45 minute time loss at the gym...

Bottom line bro ...STAY AWAY FROM CREATINE...Considering your need for a new family, I would just run something really safe like maybe 100 to 200mgs of dbol a day stacked with 500mgs of Anadrol washed down with 2 or 3 grams of test...And for the finishing touches I would add in 200mgs of winny stacked with 10 to 20ius of HGH(if you can afford it)

PLAY IT SAFE BRO PLAY IT SAFE!!!

Stay natural and don't do the creatine.

Creatine has been responsible for more deaths in world history that AIDS, bubonic plague, cholera, and typhoid put together.

Stay away from that shit man - that's only for nutcases.

I thought doing a cycle was when you hit a single, double, triple, and homerun in one game...  What is all this talk about cycling with creatine?
