No doubt about it. I weigh around 95 now and am far from contest shape........someone at that weight in contest shape would be a big guy, and lets face it..........natural bb'ers (in contest shape) aren't big.

You would have to be 120kg in good shape natural to be able to compete at 95kg i would say.

Just a few alterations in the last 4 weeks. But that diet helped me lose a lot of weight. went down from 106 to 92 in 12 weeks. Started carbing up today. Carbs are lovely.
