Things are already looking a little better. It's amazing what an insane ass crushing diet can do when you're pushing the envelope. I'm sure by wks end I'll feel like a giant sack of manure, lol!
Diet plan for the wk:
Monday - Wednesday:
Meal 1: 50g whey isolate, 1/cup oats
Meal 2: Same as meal 1
Meal 3: 6-8oz chicken 1 cup spinach
meal 4: Same as meal 2
Meal 5: 50g whey isolate
Meal 6: 2 cups egg whites
Thursday:
Same as Mon-Wed but drop all carbs
Friday: Meal 1-4 same as Mon-Wed meal 1-4, Meal 5 & 6 add in carbs
Cardio: 90min per day
T-3 200mcg/ed
Winny 150mg/ed
Have been running test/deca/dbol for several wks, may pull test out come Wed, we'll see how things look. Don't really want to pull it out but will if I have to.
Will drop dbol if needed but doubt I'll need to.
