Random Question (Hardness)

Assuming you're not in contest shape...still in decent shape, just not contest shape...and you had one wk to get as hard as you can get in that time frame, what would you do? Assume all options are available to you.

I have some ideas but would like to hear what some of you think.

cut out all estrogen, cut out all fat besides some fish oil, lower carbs down to 100-200grams, throw in a large dose of t3,  cardio in the a.m. before eating. cardio after lifting. cardio again at night before my last meal.  protein 1.5grams per lb lean body mass.

I agree...I was thinking about a fairly large dose of t-3 for a wk. I'm not really trying to lose a bunch of fat in a wk...after all, it's not like you can lose a ton of fat in only one wk. Just want/need to be as hard as I can be with where I'm at right now.

I'd say right now I'm at what I would call "medium" lean for myself...not in too bad of shape, not contest ready by any means but in decent shape. Winny has always helped harden me up in the past when I've been very lean and was thinking about running a high end dose of that for the next wk but I don't know if it would make that much of a difference in such a short time and I don't know if I'm lean enough for it to even if it could make that much difference in one wk...what do you guys think?

yeah mega dosed winny i found to be great for fat loss and hardening.

you might consider doing 50-100 grams carbs mid week then bumping up carbs to 200-300 for a day or two(maybe add a few ius of humalog on these days) then going down to 0-50g with a little extra fat and zero water on the day you want to be hard...

I'll probably do 2 days straight of the 0-5g of carbs at the end of the wk. It usually takes me 2 full days to reach that sort of point that this can bring out.

The humalog, probably not, I've never messed with it...and don't want to experiment with this little quest...don't want to take the chance of screwing anything up.

I definitely want to be slightly full at the end of the wk, no need to get too crazy with it, the hardness is the main key. I'll probably use the dbol to my advantage in this instance...would rather it be anadrol for this just because I know it will work for what I need and I know the dose I'd need, but anadrol is one thing I do not have on hand for this little endeavor.

A lot of guys use dbol or anadrol to fill out a little bit and they're still hard...pretty common practice for a lot of people before a show.

You may consider watching your sodium intake also.

i dont think you need to montior sodium intake, as logn as your cutting out all water intake the day you want to be hard and dry. no water+bit of carbs= suck all the subcutaneous water into muscle...and sodium is necessary to store water and carbs as glycogen

Things are already looking a little better. It's amazing what an insane ass crushing diet can do when you're pushing the envelope. I'm sure by wks end I'll feel like a giant sack of manure, lol!

Diet plan for the wk:

Monday - Wednesday:

Meal 3: 6-8oz chicken 1 cup spinach

It's just for a little video thing I'm doing. It's not that big of a deal really and nothing to really get my panties wadded up about...just want to look as good as I can on such short notice.

the 150mg of Winstrol you are taking per day, is it oral or injectable?

Oral anything will have some toxic value on the liver but I wouldn't call winstrol the most toxic AAS at all by any means...not even close, and even less at the dosage you're running.

I've ran it for 10wks in the past at 50mg/ed and 100mg/ed the last 2wks. You should be fine at 12wks, again, especially at the dose you're running, which is extremely low...very low. Personally, and I doubt anyone here would disagree, bump it up to 50mg/ed.

i used the little blue 45mg winstrol tabs from ip china...took 90mgs a day for 8 weeks with no issues

My little 1wk venture went well. I wasn't able to make some massive transformation in 1wks time and knew going in that would be impossible, even so I have no complaints.

I will says this, it still amazes me what you can do in such a short time frame if you pull all the stops...no way I could live like that though all the time...I don't think anyone could.

If you're asking about weight, I never did weigh myself...I haven't weighed myself in probably 2 months. There was just a major noticeable difference in the mirror.

If you're asking about drugs: stayed on my test but dropped the deca dose down and ran 100-150mg or winny/ed along with cutting my dbol dose down from 80mg to 40mg.

Did an ass load of cardio, ended up eating about 80g of carbs the first few days and around 30-40 the last 2 and then a slight carb up the final day before...very slight, around about 180-200g.
