Well, nowadays I don't use big weights during my leg training...but when I used them I did front squats with 350 lbs like it was nothing...and my best was 2x485 deep...but it was very-very heavy...

Dont get me wrong. My question is not a typical fan question.
Just I want to know how much weight is sufficient for your training.
For example, if you ask me about Pacos Back squat.
He is capable of doing 300kg X10 with good depth.
But, He dont do it more than 200kg for training. Cus under 200kg is sufficient for him.
My best is 220kg X 6. But as you see me in the video, I dont do more than 150kg.
So how much weight do you use for your front squat right now?
