Jay does look lean. And the hair will make things interesting. I predict he reads the feedback from the boards and ends up shaving it down a lot more before the show.

if a so called "massmonster" once has the thick elephant skin he will never turnback time by doing some "streamlining" (=reducing carbs, and massroids) ,he will always miss this paper thin skin that makes a bodybuilder looking really in shape on stage

Im surprised Jay hoped on a plane 7 days before the show just for a photo shoot? Like they couldn't do this in Vegas. Flying makes you hold water, yeh its 7 days out, but every little bit counts.

This is the year when Jay needed to come in as big as possible. Size is Jays main strength. There are too many other guys with better conditioning than Jay that might be able to match him in size this year.

it doesnt matter how far it is, just going through security etc on both sides of the trip takes 2 hours, counting the time the plane is just sitting on the runway, thats another hour( for both legs of the trip), and assuming you'll be in the air 1:45 for both sides of the trip, thats almost 6 hours of fucking up your schedule, not to mention he probably cant stick to his on-time meals...either way, no matter how short the flight is, it does take its toll on your body.
