But, I think as a litmus test going forward, if you can imagine Dexter in your room posing for you the night befopre the Mr O in great shape, you would be so damn impressed. Freak. Then call in jay in your room 5 feet in front of you; a cartoon. Thats the difference. If I was working with him; I would bring him up to 385 then slice him down to 340

If he shows small but as ripped as he was in 2001, he might crack the top 3 but still won't win, but more likely he will be small and soft like in 2007 and will struggle to be in the top five.

well, not even that.....kind of disspointment that he had something that looked really, really good (99-01), but had to sell the soul (so to speak) to match Ronnie...indeed, those years of competition (99-05) took a lot of BB'ers to a place that wasn't good

yes, he did what had to be done to become Mr Olympia......some would say that's the bottom line.....yes and no....moreso yes

anyway, that was yesterdays.........now he's lost somwhere between a dethroned Mr Olympia mass monster and searching for a look that left him 7 years ago.

Hope he does well

  He was 262 lbs in 2007. That is a massive 16 lbs lighter than he was in 2006, with inferior conditioning. Jay in 2007 was packing 20 lbs of lean muscle less than in 2006.

Home Stretch
Six day's away and I am making my final preparations to get back the title. My team is assembling this week in Vegas and it should be an exciting week. My heavy workouts are over now and I am just touching things up as I start increasing carbs and filling out for the show. I want to thank the fans for all there support and hope you enjoy the show as well as the expo. Here is the last heavy leg workout before the competition.
