Pretty good drop set for that close to a show:

Flat Bench - 495lbs x 3reps, 405 x 5, 315 x 6, 225 x 10........ 5-10secs rest between drops.

10 seconds after the final rep, just shy of lockout

thats an awful lot of meditation to bench 500  and the guys hands were on the car from rep 1!  considering he used to bench 500 before he was 18 yrs old

if he was benching 500 and squatting 600 before age 18 why dis the guy pulling the bar off him from rep one he is double age 18 and in the prime of his strength.... if he could do this before he finished puberty?

a) his strength is low this close to the Olympia

b) at 18 his form was looser and the range of motion much smaller

video quality is BAD. Kai looks huge and full but looks more like a powerlifter than bb. the guy presses for few reps rest like.....
