That appears to be true, judging by some of the reactions on my thread, regarding the U.K. woman, whose preemie baby was left to die, courtesy of the U.K. policy on infant care.

Its amazing the lengths people will go to defend almost anything so long it is "their guy".  Yes it was done during Bush up until 2005.

However, we cant even have a discussion anymore on facts so long as it is perceived as being bad for Barry.

What we see now is what we saw back in 2005: The elected officials in power read the result of a presidental election as their license to act a fool.

Good one.  I remember Bushs' "political capital" speech the night of the election and wondering WTF??? 

Right after that, the first thing he did was push for amnesty for illegals, then Harriet Meirs and dubai ports, etc.

The only saving grace for W was Roberts and Alito.

More so, Alito than Roberts. Many frivilous left-winged cases have taken a detour for fear of a loss, there.

How quickly the liberals forget that they were the minority party just four years ago. And they'll be there yet again, if they keep this up.
