anyway ... the last week is really individual ... as it depends on the diet and where a competitor stand (how far or near is he) … carb depletion and loading defers from one to another … and some choose not to do so … and even that differed from a person to another … as body’s response is what indicates what to do … water should be cut for anywhere between 60 to 12 hours …
how far do u cut cardio or do it till the day of the show again is relevant to ur condition … so nothing standard … specially the last week … people pay a lot just for the last week’s consultation … so it all depends on how ur body responses + where u stand
