How good was the 10+lbs of red meat he ate every day?  He admitted eating TONS of saturated fat as well.  Pretty sure that will contribute to heart problems alot worse than steriods.

Too much of anything can be very bad for you.  Drinking too much water can kill you.  Drinking too much Milk can cause major problems and even death in small children.

So yea, eating excessive amounts of red meat definitely would be more of a problem than you realize.
